Are your LED bulbs dimmable?
We offer both dimmable and non-dimmable options. Our Dimmable LED Downlights are clearly marked in the product title and description. For bulbs, please check the product specifications as some models support dimming while others don’t.
What’s the difference between your fire-rated and standard downlights?
Our Fire Rated Downlights are specially designed to maintain the fire integrity of ceilings, creating a barrier against fire spread. They’re ideal for commercial properties or residential buildings where fire safety is a priority. Standard downlights don’t have this protective feature but may be more cost-effective for general use.
Ordering & Account Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure online payments.
Can I create an account to track my orders?
Currently, we process orders as guest checkouts, but you’ll receive detailed tracking information via email for every purchase. We’re working on implementing account features in the near future!
Do you offer bulk discounts for commercial orders?

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) with two convenient options:
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat rate, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Economy Shipping (EMS): Free for orders over $50, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Large orders (especially bulk dimmable downlights or battens lights) may ship from different warehouse locations to ensure fastest delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number, and you’ll be notified if your order ships in multiple parcels.
Do I need to be present to receive my order?
For most residential orders (like LED bulbs or cabinet lighting), carriers will typically leave the package if safe to do so. However, large commercial items like High Bay LED Lights often require a signature. We recommend business customers provide a work address for smoother delivery.
Returns & Warranty
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive authorization.
What if my LED product arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging fragile items like GU10 bulbs and LED bathroom mirrors, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! Most of our LED products come with a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1-5 years depending on the item. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Our LED Aluminium Profiles come with installation instructions. For complex installations, we recommend consulting with a qualified electrician. Feel free to contact us for specific technical advice about your profile installation.
Can I use your dimmable downlights with my existing dimmer switch?
Our Dimmable LED Downlights work with most leading dimmer switches, but compatibility can vary. For best results, we recommend using our compatible LED controllers or consulting our support team about your specific dimmer model before purchase.
How do I choose the right LED bulb for my fixture?
Consider three key factors:
- Base Type: Match your fixture (common types are B22, E14, E27, GU10)
- Brightness: Check lumens rather than watts (e.g., 800 lumens ≈ 60W traditional bulb)
- Color Temperature: Warm white (2700K-3000K) for cozy spaces, cool white (4000K+) for task lighting
