Setting up is a relatively straightforward process, and the product will be supplied with complete instructions. But the most crucial thing to double-check before you buy this product is that your Wi-Fi connection is 2.4 GHz or dual-band. If you are working solely from 5 GHz, you will find that this product will not work.

You might already know the answer to this question if you are pretty technical. But if not, another way to check is by downloading a free APP called WIFI Analyzer. Using this APP, you should be able to see if the Wi-Fi connection is 2.4 GHz or not. Also, you can only use this smart controller with non-dimmable drivers.
